1) How do I place an order?

Choose the manual you need and add it to your cart.

In Order Notes, include any helpful details (engine model, serial number, year, etc.) so we can make sure you receive the correct manual.

2) How do I make a payment?

For your security and ours, we currently accept payments via PayPal only.

3) How and when will I receive my manual?

After payment is completed, your manual will be delivered to your email address.

Delivery time depends on the manual:

• Many are sent within 20 minutes

• Some may take up to 24 hours

We’ll keep you informed about your order status.

4) In what format will I receive my manual?

All manuals are provided in fully printable PDF format, compatible with Windows and Mac.

• Smaller files may be sent as email attachments

• Larger files will be delivered via a secure download link

Be sure to download and save the file to your device.

5) What happens if I lose my computer or my file?

We recommend creating an account before placing your order so we can easily identify you in the future.

If you lose access to your file, contact us and we’ll do our best to provide a replacement download link (within our support window).

7) Where can I download equipment manuals instantly?

You can download service and repair manuals directly from heavymachinerymanuals.com.

After checkout, you’ll receive an email with your direct download link — usually within 10 minutes.

8) What format are the manuals, and can I open them on my phone or PC?

All manuals are searchable PDF files.

They can be opened on Windows, Mac, iOS, and Android using any standard PDF reader, such as Adobe Reader (free).

9) What should I do if I can’t find my download or it fails?

First, check your Spam/Promotions folder.

If it’s still missing, visit our Download Help page or email us with your order ID. We’ll resend your link or provide an alternate download promptly.
