Cancellation & Refund Policy

Order Cancellation

You may request to cancel your order for a digital download before it is delivered or accessed.

To cancel an order, please contact our customer support team at support@heavymachinerymanuals.com with your order details.

If the product has not been accessed or delivered, we will process the cancellation and issue a refund according to our refund policy.


Returns

Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be un-downloaded and un-accessed.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds

Once your refund request is received and reviewed, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  • First, check your bank account again.

  • Then contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  • Next, contact your bank. Processing times can vary.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded.

Unfortunately, sale items are non-refundable.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are incorrect or defective.

If you need to exchange an item, please email us at support@heavymachinerymanuals.com with your order details.


Digital Product Disclaimer

Due to the nature of digital products, once a manual has been downloaded or accessed, it is non-refundable.
